NI Food Compass focuses on factual information such as product name, shop, visible price, unit price, pack size, offer label and source link. The goal is to help shoppers compare, not to copy a retailer experience.
Retailers remain the source of truth
Prices, stock and promotions can change quickly. Retailer pages are linked so users can verify the current price, availability, delivery options and product details before buying.
Independent and correctable
The project is independent. If a retailer, brand or rights holder believes information is wrong or should be removed, the contact page provides a route to request correction or review.
